1. Who you are contracting with
Artificial Outlook (the "Service") is operated by Artificial Outlook ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you ("you", the "User") enter into a binding agreement with Artificial Outlook on the terms set out below.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Account & authority
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. The Service
Artificial Outlook provides continuously updating intelligence on AI provider pricing, capability shifts, OSS acceleration, exposure scoring, and related strategic signals. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
- Engage in fraud, spam, or abusive behavior.
- Infringe intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
- Interfere with security: no malware, probing, scraping, automated bulk access, or circumvention of technical limits.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
6. Intelligence & accuracy disclaimer
The Service surfaces information aggregated from third-party providers and public sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep it current but cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Information is provided for general business intelligence purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision. Outputs may be inaccurate; verify before relying on them in regulated contexts.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, data compilations, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP to you beyond the limited usage rights expressly granted.
8. Payment, billing, and subscription terms
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, currency conversion, renewal, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle.
10. Service level
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid to us (via Paddle) in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
13. User indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, content you submit, or unlawful activity under your account.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
16. Assignment & force majeure
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
